This art piece Daydream V.4 makes use of kinetic visuals and sounds to recreate the experience one feels in dreams. By using different visuals that seem to repeat itself in a never-ending pattern accompanied with a choice of sounds that have no distinct beginning  or end, a surreal experience like that of the dream is recreated. In this installation there is no distinct structure or order, everything seems random but not to the extent where everything is chaotic. There is still some semblance of a pattern going on in this piece and that allows one to enter a dream-like state. This is represented by the consistency of the lines used in the art piece and rather consistent variety of sounds used. This art piece is interesting as it uses a medium that completely surrounds the individual to create a new sense of space to enter.

Interactive Art 4: Sonic Cradle

"Jay Vidyarthi has created a human-computer interface called  Sonic Cradle  to help people achieve mindfulness, by using breathing patterns to create responsive soundscapes.  Vidyarthi is currently attending Simon Fraser University to pursue a Master’s degree at the Surrey School of Interactive Arts and Technology. He has managed to uniquely fuse together technology, music and meditation. This is done by suspending an individual in a dark chamber and then taking their meditative breathing patterns to output sound patterns. Sound bites such as falling rain, guitar, flute, meditative chimes and even spoken poetry are used. Interactive Art 6: Golem X MBA

GOLEM X MBA from BK I Digital art company on Vimeo . The Lyon Museum of Fine Arts asked artist Arnaud Pottier to bring sculptures, including Laurent Honore Marqueste’s Perseus Slaying Medusa, James Pradier’s Odalisque, and Barrias’ Les Premières Funérailles, to life. The artist thus used projection mapping, to turn the statues into a display.   GOLEM is a concept that uses sculpture and video mapping to create an uncanny feeling. It brings the  statues to life by lending them emotion despite their stationary features. This is done by projecting facial features onto the face of the statues which then creates the illusion of the statues becoming able to blink and express different facial emotions.
